Two visits in so far, and I won't go anywhere else for as long as I am able. Superb team, from front office to technicians and of course Dr. Batchelor herself. I have always been seen right at my appointment time if not a couple of minutes before which is so professional and greatly appreciated. They provided answers to my questions, and gave honest options, not a hard sell for some advanced costly technique. Truly a caring, family practice. Thank you, Dr. Batchelor and staff!

I am and was terrified to go to the dentist. It had been years since I've been and knew my visit was going to be full of bad news. However all the ladies here were amazingly nice, helpful and made me feel super comfortable! Thank you for making this visit completely not terrifying and totally comfortable!

After I moved back to the valley I chose to find a new dentist due to drive times involved. This office was referred to me by a local oral surgeon's office. All the staff and dentist were welcoming and kind. I have trouble sometimes with the mouth shields during X-rays. The dh that did those was very good and was mindful of my issues with those. The dh that did my cleaning was exceptional and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Just wrapped up my first visit with Dr. Bachelor and must say that it was hands down the best experience I've had at a dental office! The entire staff (including the two black labs who happily greeted me in the back-added bonus!) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tabitha, who performed my cleaning, was upbeat, and checked that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She made what has often been a negative experience for me a complete dream! Dr. Bachelor was thoughtful in her communication with me and made sure to explain things in patient-friendly language. She was considerate of my individual concerns and financial situation, and was thorough in her examination. My experience from beginning to end was excellent! P.S. if you're not a fan of dogs, the lovely ladies at the front will ask you ahead of time and leave them in a different area, so not to worry! But they're a very happy and friendly pair of pups!

I very much appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to listen and provide multiple options. I was floored when Dr. Batchelor personally called me the day following my front tooth repair. I find the staff is compassionate and professional. I had my first experience here today. The staff were all extremely welcoming, pleasant, and professional. The dental hygienist was very reassuring, kind, and made me feel comfortable. She was also very confident and knowledgeable. Dr. Batchelor was also very wonderful and all the things I said of her staff! She too made me feel comfortable and made me feel confident in her assessment. For anyone who has a fear of dentists and or just needs a good dentist, I highly recommend going here.

Dr. Batchelor and her team is the reason Harrisonburg is described as the "friendly" city. Dr. Batchelor is caring, gentle and empathetic. She is also a superb and very professional dentist to boot. The office is very clean and inviting and they pipe in very good music too. Everyone in this practice is genuine and sincere and they have always treated me with the upmost respect and make me feel as if I am the only patient they have. With Dr. Batchelor in town, there is absolutely no reason to consider another dentist. She is the best.

Dr. Batchelor is perhaps the best doctor I have ever had. She is very accommodating. I explained my fears and she worked with me reassuring me through the whole process. I had a filling replaced and throughout the procedure she explained each step and allowed the process to go at a speed that was comfortable for me.
The staff is friendly and very competent. I highly recommend this office.

I've gone to Caitlin Bachelor Dentistry for over a year now and my experience has been great. The staff is very nice and calm. The lady in charge of scheduling is incredibly nice and has been very accommodating with my crazy schedule. I've had a few cavities filled and the work was great, quick and painless. Finding a good dentist has been tough in the past, and I'm so glad I have one. A really good one!

I first visited Dr. Batchelor and her team for a check-up and cleaning last spring. They took time to learn about my overall health and current dental status. A thorough cleaning made my teeth look whiter than ever. Dr. Batchelor worked in a competent and gentle way to replace two damaged crowns.
