Do you take my insurance?
Yes! As a courtesy to our patients, our office accepts and electronically files claims for all dental benefits plans. We are currently participating providers with Delta Dental Premier, Assurant, Reliance, Ameritas, and Principal Life. Don’t see your insurance on the list? Don’t let that hold you back! We have patients with other insurance plans who are still able to take advantage of their benefits and receive the outstanding care our team provides.
